With only a matter of days before the new James Bond movie premieres, Coca-Cola continues its marketing push in the form of a new and exciting Coke Zero promotional video which literally ‘unlocks the 007 in you.’ The video shows our unsuspecting hero at a vending machine gladly grabbing the chance to win free tickets for the Skyfall premiere, but not everything is quite as it seems in Bond’s world:
Before playing this video I honestly thought that there was going to be some gunfire, goon fighting, glass shattering going on, but this is sufficient enough when compared to Heineken’s interpretation of the Skyfall campaign.
The thing that probably bothers me a little are the fake ‘heroes’, because, as someone commented on YouTube, who knows what could happen if you would slip on those oranges – you might end up getting insurance money and tickets for all of your friends.
Earlier in July this year, Coca-Cola extended its partnership with James Bond by featuring a new campaign called ‘Unlock The 007 In You’ where it released a new ad as well as a limited edition packaging for all the fans of the 007 brand.
