The close relationship between fashion and technology has become omnipresent. Wearable fashion is on the rise, and it has no intention of slowing down. I don’t know if you remember, but clothes used to shine when you ate chocolate and today it shines when you are in love. Imagine standing next to your lover and shining like a star. Cute isn’t it?

MakeFashion’s latest gala gathered innovative people and brought an entirely new approach to wearable fashion. Radio Frequency Application Lab of Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (RADLab) members and designers from Proxima teamed up and found a way to literally show electricity between two lovers.

When you and your loved one are in close proximity, this interactive wearable starts to shine and glow–kind of like what happens in real life too.
